Low acidity, well balanced Coffee - Notes of Chocolate and nuts in a darker roast
Cerrado coffee is generally clean with a good body (creamy mouthfeel), low acidity, well-balanced, and often exhibiting a nutty and even slightly caramelly flavor when light-roasted, perhaps even malty, though more chocolaty if given a darker roast. This coffee creates an excellent Crema mainly due to how Brazilian coffee is processed. This is and excellent all around cup good at any time of day and a very good espresso as well.
