The Santander is shade grown at an elevation of 1,100 meters (3,600 ft.) and is traceable to the specific farms. It is Rainforest AllianceTM certified Sustainable Coffee. In the cup it produces a medium body with a medium to low acidity. It has a soft, clean finish void of bitterness with notes of Toffee,
and cotton candy. The Santander is our best selling coffee and is used in our espresso blend as it produces a sweet balanced flavour to an espresso based drink.
