This Coffee comes from the Eastern slopes of the Northern Andean Rainforest.  This area produces some of the best coffees Peru has to offer.  The Swiss Water decaf process removes 99.9 of caffeine while maintaining the beans distinctive origin and flavour characteristics.  Its decaffeinated using environmentally friendly swiss water process and maintaining its natural and original flavour profile.
